Property :

■Distortion temperature 135-145 ℃ and can reach to 150-170 ℃ with fiber grass reinforced.

■Good electrical property 、 corona resistance and keep constant electrical insulation property in a wide range of temperature.

■Bad fluidity ,it is difficult for pure resin to shape processing .in order to do easily ,you can modify with ABS or PBT to form PC/ABS or PC/PBT .

■Be highly sensitive to water ,so must be dry properly before using it and guarantee water less than 0.02% .

Typical application:

■Socket & switch、 clock、 LCD、 coffee stove、food disintegrator、 TV set parts 、jacklight housing 、alarm lamp、 switch teriminal、cable connector、 freeway symbol board 、precision mechanismgear parts 、helmet 、eye shield .

Use method :

■Need to dry before injection molding , dry at 120℃ for 5 hours(it would be best at negative pressure ), guarantee water less 0.02%.hopper temperature 100-115 ℃ and mold temperature 80-90 ℃ .injection molding condition as follow (only to preference):
