Property :
¡ö Good wear resistance ¡¢excellent self-lubricating¡¢good heat resistance and chemical medicine resistance ¡¢good oil resistance ¡¢high mechanical strength ¡¢good mechanical properties at low temperature ¡¢good self-extinguishing property ¡¢well machine shaping .but high water absorption ¡¢high contracted percentage¡¢not good dimension stability.
¡öImprove water absorption ¡¢dimension stability ¡¢heat resistance and freeze resistance .be base on the excellent intrinsic property ,it has higher impact strength than pure nylon.
¡öGood mechanical property ¡¢good electrical property ¡¢good dimension Stability ¡¢good arc resistance ¡¢good dyeing property ¡¢less toxicity property ¡¢good heat resistance ¡¢not yield corrosion gas ¡¢non-volatilization ¡¢non-precipitation and permanent effect of flame retarded.
Typical application:
¡öFiber reinforce nylon can be used in pump impeller ¡¢sonveyor chain ¡¢high loaded mechanical parts ¡¢implement handle ¡¢electronic switch ¡¢equipment frame unit ¡¢commodities & hardware unit .flame retarded nylon can be used in electric & electronic socket connector and housing ¡¢automobile interior body connector¡¢upholstery stuff ¡¢commodities interior parts.
Use method :
¡ö Need to pre-dry before injection molding , dry at 90¡æ for 5-6 hours , injection molding condition as follow (only to preference):
Packing & stockpile :
¡ö25 kg plastic valve bag ,storage in dry¡¢well ventilated and keep out of the sun.
