Xinyuan Heat & Power Co.,
Ltd. is a stock-share limited liability company controlled
by Jiangsu SanFangXiang Industrial Stock Co., Ltd. and shared
by Hong Kong Ke’en Co., Ltd. It is located in the Changshou
district of Zhouzhang town inside the new industrial zone
of Jiangsu SanFangXiang Group. The company is apart from Jiangsu
river-shore Expressway only five hundred meters in south;
Jiangyin Century Avenue and river-shore directly interlinked
in west; in east it is calabash creek, and in the north, the
Yingtian River and the Yangtze River were linked directly.
There has convenient water and land transportation.
Xinyuan Heat & Power Co., Ltd. covers an area of 218
mous, and it has total assets of RMB 380,000,000Yuan. Now,
the general scale of installed machine and stove includes
three coal power stoves of high temperature and high voltage
of 130t/h, two steamer machines of 2cc25-8.83/2.5/0.7 that
matched by two generators of model QF-25/30-2, and there has
also matched electricity –counterchange house project of 110
KV. Nowadays, the company has input three sets of chemistry
device made water in the chemical water workshop, and it is
able to make 300 tons water per hour. The water storage of
salt-eliminate water tank can reach 4000 tons.Another cleaning
water tank can store 4000 tons of water. In case the external
water supply was stopped suddenly, the power plant can insure
to generate electricity and supply heat normally for more
than three days.
The coal-transport wharf of coals field of SanFangXiang
Heat & Electricity Mill are able to park 800tons/rank
coal carrier. Coal-unloading wharf is fixed a grab crane of
coal of 5 tons of fall to the ground track type, and the coal-transport
trestle links the coal-load wharf and dry coal shed and deoxygenate
coal bunker. The dry coal shed is able to contain 70,000 tons
of coal. There fixed five grab-and-hang coal vehicles. All
coal unloading and transport of whole factory have reached
mechanization.
The control system of Xinyuan Heat & Power Plant is
using the DCS tray control operating system supplied by Beijing
and Begium Automatization Company, and the automatization
rate of machine and stove running has reached ninety-five
percent.
Most of the large running machinery, such as water-supply
pump, circulating water pump, blower, wind-lead machine in
the plant adopt the frequency conversion controller, and greatly
reduce dosage of electricity. The users from factory area
to heat net pipe adopt the long-distance control system which
can supervise the heat using conditions of all heat using
units.
Now, SanFangXiang Heat and Power Plant bears heat supplying
for more than ten companies that subordinate to the former
factory district of SanFangXiang Group. At the same time,
it concentrates on supplying heat for more than ten companies
in Zhouzhuang town. It is a pypoelectricity enterprise with
standing current and central heating. SanFangXiang Heat &
Power Plants has now laid the pipe net of heat-supply for
more than 20 kilometers, demolished and reduced nearby more
than ten small boilers with important pollution, that have
effectively reduced environmental pollution of small boilers
for Zhouzhuang town, and optimized the environment of little
town.
SanFangXiang Heat and Power Plant puts the work of environmental
protection in the first place of all work, and its chimney
have reached 120 meters high, for each chain stove has carried
out electrical dust-clearing and desulphurization reform.
Each boiler has been equipped with electrical dust collector
and desulphurization installation. What electrical dust-clearing
and desulphurization installation adopt is the equipment made
in Zhejiang Feida Company, and installed and debug by technician
from Zhejiang Feida Company. It has guaranteed desulphurization
device, electrical dust-clearing equipment of high voltage
and boilers are synchronous operated. It has accomplished
boiler desulphurization efficiency not lower than 90%, dust-clearing
efficiency does not lower than 99.5%. The condition of environmental
protection of the company has been now checked and accepted
respectively by the inspection of Jiangsu Environmental Protection
Agency, Wuxi Environmental Protection Agency and Jiangyin
Environmental Protection Agency.
San Fang Xiang Heat & Power Plant has 185 employees,
and 18 different professional technicians. People for each
post have been trained to be qualified via check. Now, maintenance
condition and the equipment operation of company are good.
Since the company was put into production on October 8, 2003,
all equipments were in correct operation and meticulous protection
by masses of employees, so all six-stove and five-machine
equipments are safe but no accidents. These have ensured requirements
of heat supplying for more than ten subordinate companies
of former factory areas and over ten companies of Zhouzhuang
town, it has made great contribution for realizing annual
producing value exceed fifteen billions RMB. And at the same
time, it has also made huge social benefit and good economic
benefits.
The company not only paid attention to each basic management,
but also built the company according to the requirements of
modern enterprises. Meanwhile, they set up local area network,
OA system, equipment management system, and promote non-paper
work.
Based on the attitude of being responsible for clients,
society, employees, the company respectively passed through
the ISO9001:2000 Certificate of Quality Management System,
ISO 4001:1996 Certificate of Environment Management System.
All of these has constructed an advanced mode of systematization
and standardization for company management, and built up a
good enterprise image. Also, the company passed through OHSAS18001:
1999 Certificate of Security and Health System of Vocation
in November 11, 2003. And the company built an integrative
managing system. The company was appraised to be “the environmental
advanced unit of Jiansu province”. The metric system has successfully
passed through the confirmation by national metric department
of government.
