Stock Co., Ltd. was founded in Jiangyin city of Jiangsu province
in 1994. It is the largest dyed fabric manufacturer with better
economic benefit in the country . Organiger of the company
is Jiangsu Sanfangxiang Group and it was founded by directional
collection. The company was called the Jiangsus province high
technological enterprise, the national advanced enterprise
of export foreign exchange building and the ten excellent
enterprise of dying and printing industry. The company gives
priority to dyeing and finish business, and it has possessed
the annual throughput of 100,000,000 meters of dying and printing
fabric. The company owned total asset of RMB 1176,000,000
at the end of 2005, net asset RMB 714 000,000. The main business
sales amounted to RMB 1,172,000,000, and total net profit
was RMB 98,350,000, and export sales USD 30,000,000 in 2005.
The company has advanced equipments, such as nine dyeing
and fininshing production line and six overflow dyeing machines.
Main equipments are imported from Germany, Italy, Japan
etc. countries. The company has built product R& D center,
and imported the top designable system and checking facilities
with top level in the world, so to do R&D for the dyeing
and printing for new product by supper printing and dyeing
technology.
Since the company has been founded, it pursued strongly
and reliable management, developing continually, focused
on the inner management, adhered the developing policy of
“ size plus features”, and did its level best to do technical
innovation, so that it with high technical finishing technics
and methods. The company develops and produces various fabric
products that with new special features of permanent press,
TEFLON finishing,endure finishing, waterproof treatment,
antibacteria finishing,enzyme washing finishing and coasting
finishing etc. The TEFLON pure cotton three-prevent printing
and dyeing fabric, pure cotton crimple-against permanent
press printed and dyed fabric and elastic fabric of special
and high density with various fibers have been appraised
for provincial technical production and new textile items,
pure cotton crimple-against permanent press printed and
dyed fabric has been listed into the torch planning projects
of the province. TEFLON pure cotton three-prevent fabric
has been listed into the torch planning projects of 2001.
The company has passed the authentiatication of quality
management system of ISO9002. Meanwhile, the company thinks
much of comprehensive utilization of inner sources, so that
the cost of dyeing and finishing of each units always under
the lower level in the same industry, but the products have
stronger competity in home and out market. The company has
self-import and export right, and it has made good relationship
with many large and professional trading companies.50 percent
of the products are exported to Hong Kong, Southeast Asia,
Middle East, Central America, Europe, South and North America.
The company will utilize high technology to modify the
traditional industry, to improve products grade to instead
