The company locates at inside of Jiangyin city, the head
of sea and tail of Yangtze River, the hinterland of Yangtze
River Delta. There is about five kilometers near to the Yangtze
River-follow Express Way in the south and ten kilometers apart
from Beijing-Shanghai express way in the west. Further more,
apart from east 15 kilometers is a top grade opening port---Zhangjiagang,
there has convenient transportation.
The company put into production in 2005 and has formed the
annual throughput of 120,000 tons of terylene staple fiber.
Main products include cotton fiver, middle to long fiber,
woolen fiber, supper brightness fiber, non-weave fabric fiber,
sewing thread fiber fine denier etc. And the products have
passed the ISO9001-2000 Certificate of Quality Management
System by China Quality Certification Center. The terylene
staple fiber of “San Fang Xiang” brand has become the famous
name brand in the world.
Terylene staple fiber device adopts Germany Neumag hemstitch
technology. Main equipments were imported from overseas
countries, such as Germany. The most throughput of mongline
is 220 tons. And it has features of high-level automatization,
large production scale and reliable products quality. It
is the biggest production line in the world in these days.
The feature of the products is reliable quality, good mightiness
and fresh color. At the same time we import, digest and
absorb mentioned technology, and ameliorate with pertinence
on the basic of factual situation to form things with the
technology of San Fang Xiang.
