The company locates at inside of Jiangyin city, the head
of sea and tail of Yangtze River, the hinterland of Yangtze
River Delta. There is about five kilometers near to the Yangtze
River-follow Express Way in the south and ten kilometers apart
from Beijing-Shanghai express way in the west. Further more,
apart from east 15 kilometers is a top grade opening port---Zhangjiagang,
there has convenient transportation.
The company was put into production in 2006 and has formed
the annual throughput of 200,000 tons of polymerization. Main
products include bottle polyester chips, fiber polyester chips,
membrane polyester chips etc. The polyester chips products
have passed the ISO9000 Standard Certificate of Societe Generale
de Surveillance (SGS). And the bottle chips and membrane chips
have passed the The membrane level chips have passed the Certificate
of US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)., at the same time,
the bottle chips passed the Certificate of Coca Cola.
The liquid polymerization devices mainly adopt the patent
technology of Dupont of America. Main equipments were imported
from America, Europe and South Korea etc. They adopt the craft
of running way to produce and the daily output has reached
660 tons. It has the features of high-level automatization,
great production scale and reliable product quality.
Solid phase polymerization device of the company adopts
patent technology of Switzerland Buhler group. And main equipments
were imported from Germany, Switzerland countries etc. The
daily output has reached 660 tons and it is with the features
of great producing scope and reliable product quality.
