The company has formed several bottle grade polyester chips
production lines by adopting the most advanced technology
of US DuPont, Swiss Buhler, and Germany Neumag with annual
capacity of 500,000 tons. The bottle grade polyester chips
of Cuiyu Brand have the main properties of innocuity, odourlessness,
insipidity, high transparency, high intensity, good pressure
tightness, solvent resistance, light weight, easy for transportation.
Compared with the counterparts, the products，with low degree
of crystallinity, better processing performance, better ecological
performance, especially the acetaldehyde and heavy metal,
are the ideal green material for processing beverage bottle,
non-beverage bottle, sheet, food package membrane. Meanwhile,
the products are also widely applied to fields of carbonated
beverage, mineral water, pure water, tea drinks, fruit juice
beverage, small package cooking oil, spices, wine, medicines,
sweets, quick-freeze vegetable package, shampoo, cosmetics
and sheet.
